  • How quickly do you ship?
LussoStraps ships the handmade watch straps and accesories within 24 hours of purchase every day the post office is open.
  • How much is postage?
FREE anywhere in the United States and 15 USD for the rest of the world. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duty fees or other import taxes. Unfortunately, LussoStraps cannot control any customs delays.
  • Will you make me a special strap for my Panerai?
LussoStraps does not make custom watch straps, that is to say those made to measure. Rather, we make our straps using classic tools and techniques a few at a time. Our artisans follow strict procedures and exacting measurements, which allows us to provide you with a gorgeous handmade strap that meets your expectations of quality and precision at a very competitive price.
  • Are your handmade straps guaranteed?
Yes, 100%! If you have any issue with one of our handmade watch straps just contact LussoStraps at info@lussostraps.com and we’ll make it right.
  • What leathers do you use for your luxury products?
LussoStraps uses a variety of fine leathers selected from the finest producers in the world. Top grain, calfskin, full grain and Horween® are our primary leather types.
  • What do the numbers mean?
The numbers 24/24 and 26/26 refer to the width of your Panerai strap at the case lugs and the buckle in millimeters (mm). The first number is the case lug width and the second is the buckle width. If you are unsure about your Panerai's watch strap width, please feel free to contact LussoStraps at info@lussostraps.com with your model number and we will happy to advise. The numbers 125/75, for example, refer to the lengths of the two pieces of the strap in mm. The first number is the length of the longer side with the holes, and the second is the length of the shorter buckle side.
